Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it along the way.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control may occur.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at orders@milly-co.com, and we’ll help investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:
Returns
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned with all original packaging and inserts.

How to Start a Return
Email us at orders@milly-co.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
